8.  Required Registration: People need to be registered members in order to use Global First Matrimony's features.  Only verified members can engage in profile searches, matchmaking, and communication.

 9. Commitment to Marriage – This platform is only for people who are genuinely looking for a   life partner and are legally eligible for marriage under their respective jurisdictions.

 10. Security & Account Responsibility – During your membership with us, you are responsible for protecting your account privacy and login credentials. If you notice any misuse, suspicious activity, or unauthorised access, you must notify us right away so that we can take the necessary steps to protect your account.

11.  Terms Validity – These terms and conditions remain in effect as long as you continue using our services. Your access to our platform is bound by these guidelines.

12. Service Access Based on Membership Plan: The services you receive will vary based on the membership plan you choose.  Additional services including profile promotions, matchmaking support, and enhanced exposure are available to premium users.

 13. For Individual Use Only: Businesses, organisations, competitors, other unapproved entities are not permitted to use Global First Matrimony for commercial or promotional purposes; it is exclusively for individuals seeking a life partner. 

 14. Strict Action Against Unauthorised Use: We will look into any unauthorised, fraudulent, or unlawful use of Global First Matrimony in detail and reserve the right to take legal action against violators, including injunctive, criminal, and civil measures.

15. Activity Monitoring & Service Termination: We are the only ones with the power to examine member behaviour and identify instances of abuse.  We have the right to immediately cancel services if a profile is discovered to be participating in improper, deceptive, or suspicious behaviour.

Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement.

In order to use the Global first matrimony.com Service you must register as a member on the Website/ community sites/ mobile applications (“Site”). Global first matrimony.com is an intermediary as defined under sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms you must accept to use the Site and to become a "Member." For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Member" means a person who voluntarily submits information to the Site whether such person uses the Service as a free member, or a paid member and User shall mean a person who actively uses the Site to promote his/her profile for matchmaking purpose.

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you wish to become a Member and promote/ advertise your profile to other Members and make use of the Global first matrimony.com service ("Service"), read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in the registration process.

By using the Service, you consent to submit your personally identifiable information including sensitive personal data such as your financial data if opted for our paid membership, Identity proofs if submitted, etc to collect, process, display and use the said information to provide the Service and to contact you by other Members. If you have any objection in collecting/processing your personal data, we advise you not to register with our Site.

If you want to withdraw this consent or if you have any objection in continuous collection or storage of your personal details, you must discontinue using our Service and delete your account by sending an email from your registered email ID to info@globalfirstmatrimony.com as we shall not be able to provide you any Service without having your personally identifiable information.
